Junior Accountant Roles

Record daily financial transactions in ledgers and accounting software.

Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Help prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.

Verify accuracy of bills, expense claims, and petty cash handling.

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit purposes.

Assist senior accountants and auditors in preparing reports.

Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on pending payments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.

Salary Scale in UAE (AED / month)

Entry level (0–2 years): 3,000 – 4,500 AED

Mid level (2–4 years): 4,600 – 6,500 AED

Senior Jr. Accountant / Team support: 6,600 – 8,500 AED
