Description:

We are currently looking for experienced Interior Designer, Sales Executive and Accountant for A Contracting and Engineering / Interior Design Company in Dubai.

Interior Designer
Outline design objectives and to conceptualize sketch design plans
Able to determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
Provide estimated completion timeline of an interior design project.
Sourcing of right materials and products according to plans.
Utilize computer applications / software in the design process.
Inspect designs after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Work closely with interior design team to share ideas and develop design solutions
Provide realistic and innovative advice to client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
Conduct regular research of new trends and materials to support design team on technical issues and to develop/introduce more concepts.
Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
Prepare and participate in client presentations
Select and design suitable furniture, materials, décor/artworks, accessories and finishes while keeping within budget
Provide estimation of material requirements and costs, and present design options to client for approval.

*Minimum 5 years experiences in Dubai/Middle East
*Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Interior *Design, Architecture or related discipline
*Must have minimum 5 years related experience in full scale interior fit-out projects, which oversees the entire execution from beginning till hand over.
*Relevant coordination experience with MEP services will be a great advantage.
*Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera and Revit. Other architectural design software will be an added advantage.
*Can speak English fluently, Arabic is an advantage.

>>>>Sales Executive ( Male and/or Female )
You must have strong sales experience in Hospitality, Furniture, Real Estate or Interior Design company for at least 5 years.
Has a proven strong SALES and NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing comprehensive information.
To develop/build strong client relationship
Has a strong presentation skills, motivation for sales, sales planning, independence,
Preferred candidate must have Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
Has strategic leadership ability
**Must have Driving License
**Can join immediately.
**Can speak and read Arabic is a plus.

>>> Accountant
Preparing financial statements.
To maintain and facilitate Vat Return filing
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Process sales Invoice and maintain accurate Accounts receivable records.
Weekly and monthly preparation of sales reports for management meetings.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Preparation of weekly report from Accounts Receivables and Payables, Daily Positions, Payment schedules, Profit and Loss, Balance sheet and reconciled bank transaction / statements.
Ensure accounting transactions are in compliance with accounting policies and standards.
Preparation of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
Bank Deposits/Transactions
Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.

**Excellent experience in Tally ERP 9
3-5 year experience in Construction/Contracting industry in UAE
Has the ability to communicate effectively.
Has good time management
Should have a good business sense.
Must be detail-oriented.
Self-Motivated and can work independently
Must be flexible
Can Multi-task
Well verse in internal controls
Excellent analytical thinking
