Description

Material Handling:

Assist in the movement and handling of raw materials, components, and finished products within the production area.
Load and unload materials from delivery trucks or production machinery.
Assembly and Manufacturing Support:

Assist in the assembly and production of goods, following established procedures and guidelines.
Perform basic tasks, such as packing, labeling, or sorting products.
Machine Operation:

Operate basic production machinery under the guidance and supervision of qualified personnel.
Ensure that machines are running smoothly and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Workplace Safety:

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance:

Keep the production area clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Assist in routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs of production equipment.
Workflow Coordination:

Collaborate with other production team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Record Keeping:

Maintain production logs and records, such as inventory counts and production outputs.
Process Improvement:

Suggest process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to acquire new skills and enhance your knowledge of production processes.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not always mandatory.
Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual labor and lift heavy objects.
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
Excellent work ethic and reliability.
