Description

Customer Assistance:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance in finding products or answering their questions.
Provide product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
Sales and Upselling:

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Recommend complementary products or upsell additional items to enhance their shopping experience.
Product Knowledge:

Develop a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
Be able to explain product features, uses, and specifications accurately.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit card, or digital payments, adhering to company cash handling policies.
Stock Management:

Assist with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store’s visual appeal and easy accessibility of products.
Visual Merchandising:

Assist in creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a well-organized store layout.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure their satisfaction.
Sales Targets:

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company.
Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Customer Feedback and Complaints:

Listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
Support fellow team members during busy periods or when additional assistance is required.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous but not always required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
