Description

As a Telesales Representative, you will be an essential part of our admissions team, responsible for promoting our school’s programs and attracting prospective students and parents. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a key role in driving admissions and enrollment growth.

Responsibilities:

Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls to introduce them to the School and its educational offerings.
Explain the benefits and features of our school’s academic programs, extracurricular activities, and unique learning opportunities.
Provide detailed information on admission requirements, enrollment procedures, and tuition fees.
Answer inquiries and address concerns raised by prospective students and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain a detailed database of leads, interactions, and follow-up activities.
Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Utilize effective selling techniques to convert leads into enrolled students.
Participate in telesales training and stay up-to-date with school updates and offerings.
Uphold the school’s reputation and values in all interactions with prospective students and parents.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations during the admissions process.
Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Persuasive and confident in promoting the school’s offerings to potential students and parents.
Strong organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up activities effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of the education industry and admissions processes is advantageous.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
