We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall safety and functionality of our premises. Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as needed.
Perform regular checks on HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repairs or installations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Relevant certifications in maintenance or trade skills are a plus.
