Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Marketing and Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy rates. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to attract and retain guests.
Identify target markets and customer segments for the hotel.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional.
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
Lead the sales team in achieving revenue goals and occupancy targets.
