Responsibilities:

Greet passengers warmly and provide a welcoming and friendly presence.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
Offer assistance to passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities or mobility challenges.
Provide information about the travel process, such as gate locations, boarding procedures, and baggage handling.
Help passengers locate their seats or accommodations.
Ensure that safety procedures are followed during boarding and disembarkation.
Assist with the stowing of carry-on baggage and personal items.
Address passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
Monitor and report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely passenger service.
Maintain a clean and organized passenger service area.
Follow company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in passenger assistance, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with passengers of diverse backgrounds.
Patience, empathy, and a helpful attitude.
Physical fitness and the ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges.
Basic knowledge of travel procedures and safety protocols.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certifications:

CPR and First Aid certifications may be required, especially for roles involving passenger safety.
