Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression. Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking brochures and reading materials.
Schedule appointments and meetings and assist with conference room bookings.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution to the appropriate departments.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and visitors.
Handle inquiries and provide information regarding company services and policies.
Maintain office security by issuing visitor badges and following access control procedures.
Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Uphold a professional and friendly image for the company.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including computers and phone systems.
Familiarity with office procedures and etiquette.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
