Job Description:

As a vital part of our dining experience, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables and providing menus to help them make informed dining choices.
Present and explain menu items, answering any questions or concerns guests may have and making recommendations based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Take and accurately record food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and modifications are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff for timely preparation.
Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently, demonstrating attentiveness to guests’ needs and ensuring all orders are delivered correctly and in a presentable manner.
Monitor dining areas to ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly, maintaining a clean and organized environment for the next set of guests.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a polite and courteous manner and address any concerns or feedback professionally.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant setting, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently during busy periods.
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including basic wine and cocktail knowledge, to provide informed suggestions and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
