Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including the cleaning and sanitization of the checkout counter and equipment.
Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is beneficial but not required.
Strong numeracy skills and the ability to operate a cash register and handle monetary transactions accurately.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
