Job Title: Cashier
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Accurately scan and process items for purchase using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely and efficiently.
Provide customers with receipts and process refunds or exchanges as needed.
Assist with bagging purchases and ensuring they are packed safely.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Answer customer questions and resolve concerns or issues.
Ensure that cash register balances at the end of each shift.
Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and transactions.
Upsell and promote special offers or loyalty programs to customers.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing change.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
Professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
