Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Plan and schedule daily activities, tasks, and resources for construction crews and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, including training, mentoring, and resolving issues that arise on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and building codes.
Monitor project progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and materials necessary for construction activities.
Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and progress updates to project management.

Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and materials.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate construction teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software is advantageous.
Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields is preferred.
