We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our IT systems and services.

Responsibilities:
Respond to IT support inquiries and requests from employees via phone, email, or in person.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and escalate problems when necessary.
Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and solutions.
Offer training and guidance to users on IT-related matters.

Requirements:
Knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software applications.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are advantageous.
