Job Description:
Join our team as an Inventory Assistant and play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized inventory levels. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the efficiency of our inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming shipments of goods and materials
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space
Coordinate with purchasing and other departments to replenish stock
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and discrepancies
Identify and resolve issues related to inventory, such as overstock or shortages
Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures
Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline operations
Perform other inventory-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Inventory Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in using inventory management software and systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required
Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols
High school diploma or equivalent
