Maintain and operate photography equipment and responsible to set up, manages and operate various production equipment including cameras, lenses, drones, audio/video recorders, lighting equipment, tripod and all video production accessories etc.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in real estate photography
Take photographs of award ceremonies with developers and internal meetings
Take profile headshots of employees, new joiners, and group shots
Edit and deliver photos to clients in a timely manner
Conceptualize, produce and deliver high-quality, creative and visually engaging video content
Responsible to manage video production schedules and meet deadlines for each video production task
Responsible for doing all sort of videography for the company, including real estate videography, corporate event videos, corporate communication videos, social media videos etc.
Manages all stages of videography including planning, conceptualization, scheduling, production and video editing
Be able to direct the videography in coordination with the script
Responsible for editing videos
Responsible to capture professional quality audio in pair with each video
Be able to edit and enhance videos using the latest industry standard software such as adobe premiere pro, adobe after effects, adobe Photoshop etc.
