Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions

Document and track support requests using a ticketing system
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
Assist in user account management and access controls
Stay updated on technology trends and software updates
Create and update knowledge base articles for common issues
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar technical support role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction
Familiarity with help desk software and remote assistance tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
