Responsibilities:

Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Provide information about room availability, rates, and amenities
Process reservations accurately and efficiently
Assist guests with special requests and preferences
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and offerings
Coordinate with other departments for guest requests
Resolve booking issues and discrepancies
Keep accurate records of reservations and guest information
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hotel Reservation Agent or in a similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and procedures
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with local attractions and services
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office
