Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Manage reservations and assist with walk-in guests.
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover.
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station.
Ensure guests are comfortable while waiting and address any concerns.
Uphold a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
