Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key team member, you will provide excellent service, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests
Present menus and provide recommendations
Take accurate orders using POS system
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns
Handle payments and provide excellent table service
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Ability to handle stressful situations positively
Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
