We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee and coordinate cleaning operations at various client locations, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules, assignments, and tasks based on client requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas to assess cleanliness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with cleaning standards and specifications.
Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of equipment and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, requisitioning supplies as needed and ensuring proper storage and utilization.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or cleaning staff promptly and effectively, taking appropriate action to resolve problems and maintain client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and staff attendance/performances.
Implement and enforce safety procedures, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies, as well as safety procedures and regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management, both verbally and in writing.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by client schedules.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on job location and travel requirements.
