Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to schedule shipments and track deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions.
Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery of goods.
Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management and warehouse operations.
Provide support to other departments as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management principles.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
