Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and interactive elements, that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voice, messaging, and values.
Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Implement paid social advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking, to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
Monitor social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, staying informed about emerging technologies and opportunities to innovate and optimize social media efforts.
Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and community members, leveraging partnerships and user-generated content to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Stay abreast of industry regulations, privacy policies, and ethical guidelines related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct in all social media activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus.
Proven experience as a social media manager or digital marketing specialist, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing brand presence across platforms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with expertise in content creation, community management, and social media analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage audiences across different channels and platforms.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, building relationships and driving consensus to achieve shared goals.
