Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or answering inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and processing returns or exchanges.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Scan and bag merchandise, ensuring items are properly labeled and priced.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and removing debris.
Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low or items need to be reordered.
Assist with receiving shipments, checking for accuracy, and stocking shelves with new merchandise.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or supervisor.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
