Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities that promote the intellectual and social development of students.
Provide individualized attention and support to students, including assisting with classwork, homework, and projects.
Supervise students in the classroom, during activities, and on field trips to ensure their safety and well-being.
Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address student needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
Assist with classroom management, including maintaining discipline and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
Support the lead teacher in communicating with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, and other relevant information.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required.
Adhere to school policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patient, nurturing, and compassionate attitude toward children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from lead teachers and supervisors.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the classroom environment.
