Job Title: Valet Parking Attendant

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking courteous and responsible individuals to join our team as Valet Parking Attendants. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by safely parking and retrieving their vehicles, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
Safely park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in designated parking areas.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking locations.
Provide assistance to guests with luggage or belongings as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving and parking vehicles.
Keep valet parking area clean and organized, removing debris and maintaining cleanliness.
Communicate effectively with other team members and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist guests with directions and information about the local area.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in valet parking or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
