About Us:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. If you have strong typing skills and a keen eye for accuracy, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into computerized databases and spreadsheets.
Verify the accuracy of data before inputting it into the system and identify and correct errors as needed.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Retrieve and compile data from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online databases.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents by gathering and inputting data as required.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and document management to ensure consistency and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information by adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify instructions, resolve issues, and coordinate tasks.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred.
Proficiency in typing and data entry with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Familiarity with computerized data entry systems and software, such as Microsoft Excel and databases.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
