Responsibilities:
Enter data from source documents into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and making corrections as needed.
Organize and maintain electronic files and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that information is entered into the system in a timely manner.
Update and maintain records of transactions, customer information, and other data as required.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by management or team members.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.
Adhere to quality standards and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Proficiency in typing and data entry with accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with data entry software and systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
