Qualification;

Local Authority Submittal Experience: Familiar with the process of submitting designs to local authorities for approval, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Views Software: Capable of using AutoCAD and other 3D visualization software proficiently to create detailed designs and renderings.

Creativity and Artistic Ability: Possesses a strong sense of creativity and artistic flair for conceptualizing designs, adding innovative elements to projects.

Strong Visualization Skills: Able to visualize design concepts effectively and communicate them to stakeholders through various mediums such as sketches, renderings, and presentations.

Proficiency in Design Software: Skilled in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite to bring design concepts to life and create detailed plans.

Knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations: Well-versed in local building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure designs meet legal requirements and are safe for implementation.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.

Project Management Skills: Capable of overseeing design projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrates keen attention to detail in design work and possesses the ability to identify and solve problems that may arise during the design process.
