Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential business opportunities, markets, and clients.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
Actively prospect and generate leads through networking and other business development activities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create customized solutions and proposals for clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the company and expand professional network.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a business development executive or similar role, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
