Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through networking and other prospecting methods.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s products or services.
Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
