Job Opportunity: Receptionist

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with other departments and assist with various projects.
Provide general information to visitors and respond to inquiries.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
