Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all logistical aspects of the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
Plan and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups to meet customer requirements and optimize efficiency.
Negotiate and liaise with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to secure competitive rates and service agreements.
Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transportation activities.
Resolve any issues or delays in logistics operations, working proactively to find solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to streamline logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, WMS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
