Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project.
Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications based on client needs and local regulations.
Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and quality of designs.
Manage the entire design process from concept development to construction completion.
Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise during the building phase.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project conditions and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Strong design and visualization skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
