Position: Ticket Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and available promotions
Process reservations, issue tickets, and handle payment transactions
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with reservation systems and travel booking software
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
