About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent service, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Provide product/service information and support
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed
Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or call center roles (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and office software
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
