Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
Provide product or service information and assist in troubleshooting
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Proven experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
