Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, helping them navigate through an office and give them coffee’s/refreshments as they wait.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Followup on Client Meetings, Invoices, Payments and Confirmations
Handling Zoom Meetings with Clients and Team
Managing Team Work and Remote Team
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Other tasks as assigned.
