Admin Assistant Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
Provide front desk coverage by greeting guest, managing incoming/outgoing mails or calls and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
Provide administrative support including email correspondence and generations such as letters, spreadsheets and forms.
Organize, schedule and plan company meetings in the office and via video conference.
Maintain filling system, contact database and inventory.
Order and oversee office supplies.
Experience working with entertainment sector such as film/recording studios, post production and other related aspect.
Well verse and systematic in terms of facilitating bookings in different areas as needed.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years proven experience as receptionist/ administrative assistant
Superb written and verbal communications skills (English)
Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
Experience developing internal processes and filling system
Computer literate with knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Office and Photoshop is a plus
College degree or equivalent
