Position: Admin & Facilities Associate

As an Admin & Facilities Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our administrative and facilities operations, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible for efficiently managing administrative tasks and maintaining the hotel’s facilities to create a welcoming environment for guests and employees. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach will contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

Handle various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Greet and assist guests and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Assist in organizing hotel events and activities.
Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and logistics for hotel staff.
Ensure the hotel facilities are well-maintained and in excellent condition at all times.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for facility-related matters.
Address facility-related issues promptly to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Assist in coordinating hotel projects and renovations.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Administrative or Facilities Associate is advantageous.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a tidy workspace.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
