Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support. The Office Assistant will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment and assisting various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
Maintain the office environment, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
Assist various departments with administrative tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a related role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
