Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various hotel departments, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of dedicated staff. Your leadership skills, hospitality expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to the success and reputation of our hotel.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and more.
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence.
Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Train, mentor, and lead staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement efficient procedures and policies for smooth operations.
Manage and optimize resources, including staff scheduling and budget allocation.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.
Handle crisis management and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Operations Manager in the hospitality industry is required.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
