Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and organized Event Planner to join our team and help plan and execute memorable events for our clients. As an Event Planner, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of events, from conception to execution, ensuring that every detail is perfectly orchestrated. Your creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills will contribute to the success of our events and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budget.
Plan, organize, and execute various types of events, such as weddings, corporate functions, parties, and more.
Select and manage event vendors, including caterers, decorators, photographers, and entertainers.
Create event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown.
Handle event registrations, guest lists, and RSVPs.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services on the event day.
Oversee event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure smooth execution.
Evaluate event success and gather client feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Event Planner or in event coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creativity and ability to come up with unique event concepts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
