Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team and oversee the management of important company documents. As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of our records. If you have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage and maintain documents effectively, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our efficient document management processes.

Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and maintain company documents and records.
Develop and implement document control procedures and protocols.
Ensure documents are properly classified, filed, and indexed.
Monitor and track the lifecycle of documents from creation to archiving.
Coordinate document approval, review, and distribution processes.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations using relevant documents.
Ensure compliance with document retention policies and regulations.
Train employees on document control procedures and software.
Continuously improve document management processes.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a related administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of record retention policies and data privacy regulations is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
