Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for check-in procedures and data entry.
Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of aviation regulations and security procedures is beneficial.
Multilingual skills may be an asset, depending on the airport’s international clientele
