Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greeting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and providing room key cards.

Reservation Management: Handling reservations, cancellations, and room assignment requests.

Guest Services: Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and assisting with special requests.

Phone and Email Correspondence: Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries promptly and professionally.

Payment Processing: Collecting payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate billing records.

Problem Resolution: Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

 Security Awareness: Ensuring the safety and security of guests by following established procedures.

Requirements:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel reservation systems.
