Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within our organization. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our employees have the technical support they need to excel in their roles. Responsibilities:
Provide timely technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide solutions.
Assist with the setup and configuration of computers, printers, and other hardware.
Install and upgrade software applications, ensuring proper functionality.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including system backups and updates.
Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in IT support or a related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing outstanding support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
