Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our employees, resolve IT-related issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our company’s technology infrastructure. If you have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others with their IT needs, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable member of our IT department.

Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Assist with network and server maintenance, including data backups and system updates.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems.
Document and maintain records of IT support requests, solutions, and procedures.
Train employees on the proper use of hardware and software applications.
Stay up-to-date with technology trends and assist in evaluating and recommending new IT solutions.
Provide occasional after-hours or on-call support as needed.

Previous experience in IT support or a related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and productivity software.
Basic knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to resolving user issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
