Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate computer systems and peripheral devices.
Execute scheduled computer tasks and batch processing.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
Ensure data backups and recovery procedures are executed.
Maintain accurate records of system activities and issues.
Assist in running and monitoring computer applications.
Follow standard operating procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with IT team to resolve technical problems.
Provide support for computer and network-related inquiries.
Stay updated on system updates and technological advancements.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Computer Operator or in a related technical role is preferred.
Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Ability to work with computer applications and operating systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with batch processing and job scheduling.
Associate degree or relevant certifications in IT are a plus.
