Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using office software.
Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for employees and executives.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary, ensuring adequate inventory.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and materials preparation.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding paperwork and employee record maintenance.
Handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
